I moved to this hotel for some R&R after a work trip, having spent the previous nights at a more westernised property. I was in need of some luxury and a quiet, restful sleep—and this place didn’t disappoint. My room was beautiful and spotless, with a very comfortable bed, plenty of bottled water, herbal teas, and a coffee machine. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering something for everyone. Every member of staff I encountered provided top-quality service, and I’d like to give a special shoutout to Abagail and the rest of the bar and pool team at the Ladies Lounge for really looking after me. BEWARE OF SCAMMERS: I was contacted by someone impersonating hotel reservations, asking for my arrival time and bed preference, then sending a fake prepayment link via WhatsApp.

The place was wonderful, with a comfortable atmosphere and outstanding service. The best part was definitely the staff, especially Kai at the reception, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. He was professional, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with—truly a standout in making guests feel welcome. The only minor drawback was the view from our room, which looked onto a construction site. It didn't take away from the overall experience too much, but with a better view, this would easily be a 10/10 stay. Thank you for a great experience!

The luxury of the hotel and location. The room has elegent classic furniture and bathroom design was nice as well. The bed matress was soft. Some may not like it if they are used to hard matress. The breakfast they have many varities that will satistfy all. The location and sea view worth the value My next visit to kuwait whether for business or not، I will choose the same The Regency Hotel even if is more expensive than other 5 stars

Breakfast options were amazing, all food was very tasty. and the stuff was very attentive, the staff would even take the initiative and reserve my preferred table every morning with the pool view. If I was to go to the pool, they would prepare my preferred lounge chair and a bucket of ice and my favorite mocktail.

the hotel is amazing and best part was the rooms. very spacious and comfy beds. best robes and bath tube spacious rooms . great location with sandy beach. extra friendly staff especially shehab in the reception was very friendly.
